Question 1

Is pressure washing safe for my roof and house?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use soft washing (low pressure with a cleaning solution) on roofs, render and painted surfaces, and save high pressure for hard surfaces like concrete.

Question 2

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

Not usually. As long as we can access an outside tap and the areas being cleaned, you can go about your day. We'll message you when we're done.

Question 3

How is the price worked out?

Accepted Answer

Most jobs are priced per square metre — see our pricing guide. We'll always confirm the exact price before we start, with no hidden costs.

Question 4

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, IQ Pressure Washing is fully insured.

Question 5

What days do you work?

Accepted Answer

Monday to Saturday.

Question 6

Do you bring your own water?

Accepted Answer

We connect to your outside tap. If that's an issue, let us know when you book.

Question 7

How long does a clean last?

Accepted Answer

Depending on shade, trees and weather, most surfaces stay looking great for 1–2 years. Roofs often longer.

Question 8

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Everywhere from Upper Pimpama down to Tweed Heads. Not sure if you're in the area? Just ask.
